I've been in touch with Hims support. To send Brailleedge to Hims, the
cost would be equal to buying a new one.
I use a lot of equipment, which caused problems in two braille modules.
Unfortunately, the cost for repair is very high by Hims, so I am
trying to buy only the modules and a flat cable that has broken.
I think that Hims could facilitate support, especially in places where
it is difficult to send the device to them.

Were you saying your display is in trouble or HIMS. As far as I know,
HIMS
is doing fine.
