You are so right.
In the final analysis, there is nothing like hard-wired information being
taken in by a person, blind or sighted, reading for himself, not being read
to by a person or computer program.

Hi all,
Today I attended a workshop about resume writing. The presenter suggested
printing out the resume to proofread it. A person couldn't review it
without the optacon. If they printed the resume and scanned it that would
defeat the purpose in proofreading. The presenter also recommended font
style and size which I think the optacon could easily interpret. JAWS does
have the text analyzer but that doesn't provide the same information to the
user. How can someone check margins with a screenreader? Not very easy.
