Let me try to guess what your issue is.
1. The font. - That can only depend on the fact that some titles are
printed in elaborate fonts, and you may not recognise the characters. No
solution here, except for you to learn to interpret that particular font.
2. The text you can't find, while Seeing AI can. - The text might be
printed in colours the Opcaton camera has trouble detecting, like read,
for instance. Or it might be in inverted colours (white on black, or
light on a dark background...).
Try to invert the colours setting your optacon to Negative (if you have
an Optacon I, there's a switch at the back; if it's an Optacon II,
there's a three-position slider on the left; slide it all the way to the
opposite side).
Then your threshold control will work the opposite way, i.e., you'll
have to turn the control clockwise to reduce the thickness of the
character, and counterclockwise to increase it.
See if it works this way; let us know, just out of curiosity.
