Here's a few more:
command-shift-d = open the desktop folder
command-shift-k = open the network folder
command-shift-c = open "Computer" (i.e. Chris's Computer)
command-shift-h = open your home folder
command-shift-i = open your iDisk
command-shift-g = go to folder (prompt)
command-shift-q = quit all open apps
command-shift-? = Mac help
command-m = minimize (hide in dock)
command-k = connect to server

command-1 = view files as icons
command-2 = view files as list
command-3 = view files as columns
command-j = window view options
command-shift-t = show/hide window toolbar

command-delete = move selected item to the trash
command-shift-delete = empty the trash

There's tons more.
