[muglo] Office 2004 update

I just downloaded Office 2004 update 11.3.0 released October 2006.
After trying to install, a message comes up saying it can't find the
right version to update and to read the file. The file says the minimum
requirements are Mac OS X 10.2.8 (Jaguar) or a later version of Mac OS;
if you want to use Spotlight, Sync Services, or smart cards, you must
be running Mac OS X 10.4.3 (Tiger) or a later version.I'm running OS X
10.3.9.
Any ideas?
