Good idea and maybe a greeter. Or at least a way to greet and welcome=20
newcomers.
At the recent meeting, which was my first, I walked in and just inside=20=
the door a group of guys were greeting the guy who arrived in front of=20=
me and shook his hand etc. I waited for them to greet me and shake=20
hands with me . . . and they just stared at me. I felt ridiculous for=20
expecting to be greeted!
It turns out they were just coincidentally standing near the door and=20
also just coincidentally greeted someone they knew not realizing the=20
new person behind him felt nervous about coming out for the first time=20=
and needed to be welcomed as well.
