[muglo] HELP!!!

Can anyone help me quickly!!!
I seem to have loaded too many files on to my desk top so that I cannot
access anything on the desktop to - can't even delete files or move
them!! I just get a spinning ball!!!!
Can anyone tell me how to delete or move these files into a folder so
that I can resume normal operation!!!
This is urgent!!!
Fortunately I can still email!!!
