If you're going to use it on a PC don't use Mac format. FAT32 (I think that's the newer format) should work and I suspect that Mac OS X ought to allow you to format it as such. PS I'm not 100% sure that 2.5" laptop drives will fit in a larger enclosure (if you're pulling a laptop drive). Check with the sales girl just to be on the safe side. Eric.
