[muglo] Change Default Text in iDVD Theme

I want to change to default text "Revolution | Main" in the Revolution
theme in iDVD 09. I have done it in the past but I forget how. While
experimenting I was successful in removing the text, but I don't know
how I did it. It simply disappeared at some point while I was exploring
options.
Has anyone who has done this please tell me the secret?
