I'm finally discovering the joys of BitTorrent. Found a Wikipedia site that
lists dozens of major French films for every year almost since cinema was
invented - films that won Cesar awards and Palmes d'Or, etc., but were never
picked up for general distribution this side of the Atlantic.

Have a look: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_films_of_2008. The grid on the
right side of the page lets you search by year. Great stuff there (much of it
with subtitles in case your French is a bit iffy); not surprising, considering
the French invented cinema.

Here's the thing, though: I understand that BitTorrent depends on two-way
sharing - i.e., on people uploading material from their own computers, as well
as downloading material from others. But So far, the films I've downloaded seem
not to have been made available for 'seeding' from me to other 'leechers.'

Do I have to do anything to those files, other than just leaving them in the
queue?
