All MacGillivray’s were found in underbrush, the warblers were seen less
than about 5 feet above the ground. The first one I saw was on the nature
trail near the “back” lake. The second was found along the “tree line” near
the marsh. The third was seen across the marsh in the willows near the
“pines” (the evergreen trees are not pines, but some type of juniper or
cedar). The fourth was seen in the shrubs south of the butterfly garden.
I hope this helps.

That’s awesome, Jim!!!
Where were the MacGillivray’s warblers? I’m gonna head over to Clapp in
about 15 minutes. Love those little warblers! They’re so cute!

Hi All,
At Clapp Park today, I was hoping to find at least one MacGillivray’s
Warblers and was able to find four! I also found one Green-tailed Towhee
near Culvert 1. Five Indigo Buntings and one Painted Buntings are also at
Shrub henge.
