Gosh Danny, I don't know how you do it, but you do it very, very well. Great
pictures.

Subject: [leasbirds] bird images from yesterday
Yesterday I just had to get out. I grabbed a camera and headed out to
scout the area in and around ransom hoping to find some nice birds to
photograph. I love photography because it allows me to really observe the
beauty of all wildlife. We’re not really bird counters even though we
keep a list and it’s always a thrill (although rare) to add a new lifer.
Yesterday was tricky as far as exposure was concerned. The sun was in and
out of clouds so I set the camera on auto ISO. Photographing a very
bright colorful bird such as the bunting and black and white birds can be
a challenge in bright sun. In my opinion it’s always better to try and
capture these birds on a slightly overcast day (high thin clouds). This
helps from blasting out colors and overexposing. Hope you guys like these
shots.
