To me, this doesn't look like Anthony's bird.
Anthony's bird had a lot of yellow around the eye and down the chest. It
was pretty bright yellow looking.
Your bird is overall pretty drab, with hints of yellow along with a whitish
eye-ring. I believe there is some beige streaking on the upper chest.
I saw this bird/ one like it this morning, and called it a female yellow
warbler.
I attached one of Anthony's photos so you can see the comparison of the
face and yellow differences.
