The Indigo and Lazuli Bunting were still there this morning. A.after getting a
good look at the buntings, I started looking up for warblers and ran into
George Jury. George mentioned he had seen a Green-tailed Towhee, so I focused
on the leaf litter below the shrubs. Looking down and under produced not only
the Green-tailed Towhee, but a Spotted Towhee and a Hermit Thrush. So none of
the looked for warblers but some nice for me ground dwellers. I attached a
photo of the Green-tailed Towhee. My photos of the Lazuli and Indigo Buntings
were not as good.
