I have a pair of Curve-Billed Thrashers reusing a nest in the Cholla Cactus
on our back fence in the alley. One has been singing for about a week on the
telephone poles and in some of the trees. The past few days, I've seen a
second smaller bird. This morning, this bird flew into the cactus. I peaked
over the fence, and she was by the nest. This afternoon, she was trying to
pull an old bare ivy vine off the fence and then flew to the other side of
the yard and was picking up dead grass. I've never done NestWatch before and
was thinking about doing it. Any advise? Thanks for your help!
