The 4 American White Pelicans had returned to Dupree Park pond by the time we
passed by at about 7pm on Sunday evening.
We have passed by the pond several times today, Monday. The 4 Pelicans are
swimming around in the pond center, last noted about 4pm.
A rain of about 1.6 inches during the 3am time period this morning raised the
pond water level nicely.
Each time we passed by today, a Great Egret is standing on and fishing from the
inlet rocks, on the north side.
Poised above the bubbling water makes him look bigger than usual.
