When I was a kid my uncles would crush the leaves and
then rub them on our legs. The best thing I ever knew
for poison ivy is to take a bath with lye soap as soon
as you can. And be sure to wash your clothes real well
because the oil will still be on them and you could
get poison ivy just by touching them.
