Locationles caches won't show up unless they are set up in our area.

There are no logs posted on the geostl site from 20:46 last night until
12:00 today (I'm guessing that means noon). I logged a virtual at about
7:00 am (geocaching time, PST) that does not show. I did edit the log
after I added it, so perhaps that confused the issue. Is this a one
time thing? How can I get the log added? Did anyone else log any
caches in this time frame? Does anyone care? The cache name is
"Railroad Locationless: Depots".
It is not that big a deal to me, I just wanted to point it out.
