[GeoStL] What's that noise?

I was caching Grant's Trail yesterday with Lobocs and my grandfather
Slowpitcher. While we were at Bridge Over troubled Waters 9GCY9H8) by
RGS, we noticed a huge building (presumably on Watson Rd) that looked
like it was opened. The place was LOUD. Any idea on what that place
is?
