[GeoStL] Walk on water to Backwater

It just occurred to me that later this winter one might be able to walk on ice
to Backwater cache in lieu of using a boat. I believe there was parking west
of the water & cache, and with the shallow water it shouldn't take too much to
freeze over solid. <insert standard disclaimer here about do so at your own
risk, etc.>
