[GeoStL] Vacation overload revisited

Thanks for all the good suggestions for my previous questions -- now some help 
for another, maybe??

I'm using the Garmin City Navigator North America 2009 series of maps.  Is 
there a way of loading the maps into the GPSr and not get all those fricking 
airports?!?  Anything do be done before or after downloading to the gadget?
