[GeoStL] National Forest also needs to be clairified-the 3 finders did not bookmark a cache in a NF-RE: Re: Island cache!

I noticed none of the 3 who have logged they completed the challenge met the
requirement to bookmark a find for a cache in a National Forest. All 3
bookmarks were in the purchase boundary-but none were actually in the
National Forest. Most maps show the purchase boundary. The purchase
boundary is the area Congress has authorized the Forest Service to acquire
land. Only about 1/3 of the land in the purchase boundary is actually the
National Forest. Many cities are in the purchase boundary. If the caches
used so far are acceptable, any cache in the purchase boundary would have to
be accepted. So I think you should clarify if the cache actually has to be
in a National Forest. If not, you should change the requirement to the
purchase boundary.

There are two sources (both created by me with data from the Forest Service)
that show where Shawnee National Forest and Mark Twain National Forest
actually is. My Google Landownershp map:
http://www.gpsfiledepot.com/maps/view/257/ My Garmin Landownership map:
http://www.gpsfiledepot.com/maps/view/180/ Both will allow you to easily
determine if the cache is in a National Forest. You can also download 24K
Quads with the National Forest identified on it. But my maps are much
easier.

Maybe the 3 who have logged a find for the challenge have found one that
actually is in a National Forest, but the ones they used on their bookmark
list are not in a National Forest.
