- Rich, The 3D imaging has been around for a while. Another feature is Street View. Certain areas (Miami, Chicago, San Diego and others) contain a street view. In street view you can view street level photographs (select cities), take virtual walks; pan, rotate and zoom, explore cityscapes, landmarks, oints of interest. Check it out, it is pretty good. Check out this site for some sightings during street view. http://mashable.com/2007/05/31/top-15-google-street-view-sightings/ Jeff JC_Geo --- GC-RGS <gc-rgs@xxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Has anyone noticed the resolution of the new maps, > at least in the STL area?
