That's great Eric. Congratulations to you too. Not much can top that
feeling, can it? Any antlers? To keep this related to caching, GPS, etc.,
I used my GPS this year for the first time while deer hunting. I marked a
waypoint where I was sitting Sunday evening. I then got a button buck right
before dark, walked to it and marked another to figure out the yardage,
226-yard shot. Then, while I was standing there, a few more spooked from
nearby and I dropped another button buck. By the time I got to it and marked
a waypoint, it was getting pretty dark. Headed back to the house, my friend
and I headed back with the ATVs and I was able to go to both of them in the
overgrown, CRP fields without any problem with the GPS.
