Hi, John Vogel from the Conservation Commission asked me to contact all the
cache owners that have placed caches in areas under his jurisdiction. (Weldon
Springs and Busch Wildlife)He is asking every one to submit a 'Special Use
Permit' for each cache. These permits need to be updated every six months. John
has been very cooperative in allowing us to place these caches. Please be so
kind and respect his wishes. Bernie The Happykraut.
