Since Ed and Jason appear "speechless" from where I sit, I went to the
website, found reference to the problem. They have a page where you can
plug in the number of your Nuvi ( a limited subset of a limited number of
Nuvis ) to check if it's recalled. Further, they have already sent written
notices to all registered owners of the recalled units. Appears to be
quick, responsive action.
