you were on the "Join the assoc" page. That is the wrong page for dealing with the email.
go back to the main page.

(this is separate from becoming a SLAGA member)

Now, every browser is different but the should be two blanks that follow the above text. The 1st blank is where you put the email address when you signed up to the list. the next blank is already filled in with "Subscribe" but if you click on the little upsidedown ^ thing, a menu of choices will open. Highlight the choice of your liking then press the GO! button. That should fix ya up for the next time.
At the bottom of most every email there is a footer with some links. You can also do all of this from the link that sails "Mail List Info. //www.freelists.org/cgi-bin/list?list_id=geocaching "
this is where the archives are too.
