I did that before they were locked, but I used GSAK to find caches with 
multiple 
find logs and went in and edited them to finds. GSAK is your friend here.

Pop me note of the cache number(s) and what you want deleted. 
 
I find no reference To anything "lotec" related in Missouri. You sure you have 
the correct state?
