Bernie,
You can pay cash at the counter at French and Butler Suppy. I don't know about
Frost.
I had an old beat up retractable drop light that I cut the end (light) off a
while back and put on a cord end. It made for an easy extension cord in my
shop. It's not 12AWG, but 16 if I recall. That could also be a cheap option, if
you are comfortable wiring it yourself.
