What are the caching rules etc. for a cache that is behind locked gates/fence,
with no way in without trespassing?
Why would such a cache be allowed?
Who do you contact about such a cache?
There was a gate intercom, but no answer. Checked the cache at 2 different
times of day.
There is nothing on the cache page stating anything about this.
