[GeoStL] CVS file vs EST file microsoft streets & Trips

I have GSAK and Microsoft street trips and maps 2005--I have tried --but
i just don't get it...
GSAK will export a cvs Microsoft s & T file ---is that the same --
M S&T under open list the file extension of .est or .sst.
Anybody have any hints
