It is an html file, so you cannot open it in keymail directly. Either save it 
somewhere, or go to it in keyweb. If you don't save it, you can find it in 
flash disk/keymail/attachments. yes, you'll need to go into directory mode, 
again only if you don't detach and save the file somewhere else. It certainly 
should not crash your bn like that, but even if it did not, I don't believe 
opening it in keymail would do any good. I may be wrong, and someone let me 
know if I am.
