You can disable KeySoft by triple clicking the Home button. I received this
error installing the September update so I disabled KeySoft after it started
downloading and it installed just fine. I did not have to do this for the
November update. I'm sure now that they've moved to app-based distributions
they still have some kinks to work out for installing the core components of
KeySoft.

Hi all,
I've been trying to install the update for keysoft on The Touch. It
downloads fine, but it keeps saying package install failed. Error 0.
It asked me if I wanted to install the thing even though keysoft was
running, but I didn't know how to turn off keysoft and what to do from
there. Any help would be appreciated.
Sheesh, give me a downloadable package from the net, an SD card and clear
instructions. This downloading from the Net isn't all it's cracked up to
be.
