Hope this lack of ability to create extra email folders is coming soon!!
The old Apex command of space with s on an email and being able to save it
doesn't seem to work with the Touch?

I have only moved emails from within my Gmail account, and I previously set
up the Stored Messages folder on my PC. I can't imagine that you would be
able to move the email anywhere but folders from within your email account
of choice. Press Enter on the Move command, and see what mailbox options are
available to you, if any.

When hitting space m in an email on the touch, when I'm prompted with
"move to", how can I choose where to move the email, and indeed, is it
just to another already created email folder or can it be moved
somewhere else please, eddg., folder created on an s d card?
