Hello Everyone, Things just keep getting stranger.I called HW tech support. I explained everything to the tech. He had me delete the connection configurations and totally start from scratch. This did nothing. I was unable to access the internet with either the wireless or ethernet cards. He felt like it was not on the BN's end and that it was something with the router. I tried a few more things with the router to see if I could figure anything out. I turned off the wireless security on the router and still could not connect to the internet. I created a secondary ssid and couldn't connect. After doing the above, I set everything on the router back to the original settings and could still not connect.
Okay, here's where things really get strange.I was pretty annoyed with it all, I took a breather. I did some dishes, checked the snailmail and chatted with a neighbor for a few. I came back, inserted the wireless card and tried connecting to the internet and was successfully connected. I didn't change a single thing this time. I don't understand but I'm glad that it now works again.
Thanks for your time and responses. Take care. Sincerely, John ------------------------------- BNU: BrailleNote Users - a forum for users of BrailleNote family of products from Humanware.
