[BNU] ownloading a file from DropBox

Hello all,
Someone recently emailed me the link to a file on DropBox that
I would like to download; when I try to do so on my BrailleNote,
though, I get a "Failed to download" message. I've never used
DropBox before; is there perhaps some setting that I may need to
change?
