Hi Noe,

I gave you very clear instructions on how to do it. It's a simple thing, so take out the battery that's in there now, and put the other in. Then you'll know. I hope you didn't throw the other in the trash!

Hello listers,

I just received my new battery for the Braille Apex and had someone help me
install it a day ago.

I'm finding that the Apex still does not hold a charge for more than a day.

I'm just hoping my friend didn't reinstall the wrong battery.

I'd appreciate any advice.
