Here is what I do. I use keyweb and go to bookshare.org. I then sign in
and search for the book I want to download and save it to my device. I then
can move it to my SD Card if I wish. I then amm able to open the book in
victor rader with no problem. HTH,.

Thank you for the follow-up. After I got home and looked at the folders in
the storage area of the Touch, I saw that the $VRDTB folder was already
there. It sounds like the Go Read app might be a bit of a hassle where
accessing books is concerned. It might be easier to manually download and
transfer books. I'll have to play with that a bit.

No, I did not have to create the $vrdtb folder first. It seems like
the app somehow knew where to place the book. The only problem with
this app that I had before but I do not know whether it exists now
since the app updated was that it had to be cleared out of the recent
apps area after the book was downloaded in order for it to be accessed
in the Victor Reader app. I also had to log out of Bookshare.

I actually did this the other day with a textbook that I read for
school and I was able to read it using the braille display. Using the
Go-read app, I logged into Bookshare and downloaded the book I wanted.
The book had then been placed in my $vrdtb folder and I was able to go
to the Victor Reader app to read it.
