Hi all.
Today I called HW support regarding the frozen BN touch problem I had a
few days ago. I Spoke with Sarah and aftert running through some tests
and eben trying to disable keysoftt, I gave her my serial number and she
is now doing some reaseach on the problem and should be hearing back
from sometime tomorrow. I will report more when I hear back. BTW. I
want to take the time to thank HW for being patient with me while we
figure this out. Sarah thought my unit sounded like an alaarm after the
lock screen came up. I thought that was kind of funny.
