Have her go to the main menu and do a plain reset. Keylist should re-appear, 
though whether that will be her keylist or a default one, I'm not sure. If that 
fails, you could try the "restore flash disk files" option in the support 
information mode, but the command for that escapes me at the moment, and I'd 
rather not guess as this mode is quite powerful and I'd hate to give you the 
wrong thing.
