Oh, it's great to know that our suggestions have been forwarded! Not trying to be rude, but we need to know that they are being acted upon. We need to know that we will get the things that we need and desire, for example better word, PowerPoint, and xcel support.

Hi,
There is a bug with Key Web that I and all Apex users think you
should fix.  On some sites, security alert and information
dialogs pop up.  They continuously pop up, even if you click on
the "yes" button to continue.  The problem with these dialogs is
that not only are they annoying, but they're also time-consuming.
They slow us down on what we're doing and sometimes even freeze
our units.  There have been many times when my Apex itself has
frozen while going through security alert dialogs and I've had to
reset the unit.  This is very time-consuming and tedious.  I
press space with e to exit each one, but they continue popping up
one after the other.
I suggest you update the Apex with an up-to-date web browser.
This will give us better Javascript support, better HTML support

update to a newer one.  Therefore, I highly suggest you do that
for the Apex.  We need an up-to-date web browser.

We the BrailleNote users would appreciate it if you provided us
with a newer web browser on the Apex.
