[BNU] Braille note touch with Windows 10

Hi all. When I plug in my Touch, with the touch on, to my Windows 10 laptop, 
Windows explorer doesn’t see it in the My PC list. Anything I can do about 
this? Also, what screen readers, besides Jaws, work with the Braille Note’s 
braille terminal mode?
