Linda,
Did you mistype the number representing the refreshable braille
cell count for the larger BN display as "35", or does the
BrailleNote Touch have a 35 cell display? Also, If (on a BT) KS
is disabled in order to allow swiping, then can the physical
braille keyboard be used for inputting? Or does disabling KS also
disable ALL braille keyboard entry?
Shalom,
Bill Tessore

Hi Tylah,
The 18-35ll BNT will be the same size as the 32, with the same
size keys on the Perkins-style keyboard. The ad"antage is that
it's cheaper.
The only way to swipe is to turn off TouchBraille.

Subject: [BNU] BRAILLENoteTOUCHQuestions
Hello all,
I'm just curious, because I saw the touch for the first time on
Friday and am wondering:
1. Can you take a selfy with the touch, besides having to point
the camera at yourself then pressing the action button?
2. Is the 18cell BNT have a smaller key bord? And if so, does
that effect how far apart the thumbkeys are?
3. Does the touch support apps that require you to swipe left
and right or do you have to turn on EXPLOREBy Touch.
4. Disabling keysoft, can you still use the braille display, or
do you have to have keysoft on for the braille display to work.
Oh yeh, does YouTube come with the touch or do you have to
download it?
I am thinking of getting a 18cell BNT and any answers to these
questions would be lovely.
Thanks in advance!
