If you want to try downloading the files again, you'll need to go to the
Step 2 link and release them back to the validation page. You can then go
back to the Step 1 page and try downloading them again.

I have tried unzipping two different KES files with winzip and get the message "it does not appear to be a valid archive." And they suggest trying to download the file again. Of course, the books have now disappeared from the validation list so I can't do that. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong, please. Could I unzip these files within Kurzweil, and if so, how? TIA. Jill
