Thanks Julie, I'll try all that and see what happens.

HI, Bud. I'm assuming you checked the usual? No punctuation in the upload
file name? Did you include the ISBN? If you did, try taking that out.
Sometimes, the system doesn't like the ISBN, even when you write it as it's
written in the book. Did you write a short synopsis? Run it through Word or
something like that to get a character count to make sure it's not more than
200 characters. If all else fails, try changing the file name to the 8/3
format, eight characters for the file name and the three-letter file
extension. I hope some of this helps. Take care.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] trying to submit a book

Hi gang,

I think this book is jinxed or something. You've probably seen my
earlier email regarding my problem of replacing Carly with Early. I
started to do a find and replace or whatever and by the time I got to
page 27 I had already done at least sixty of them. The book is
almost 400 pages long so I figure there must be at least 600 or more
of them yet to do. So I decided maybe it wasn't a serious enough
mistake for the reader to deal with. I have tried to upload the book
four times now and it keeps kicking it back. Everything looks right
except the title is not there. I've checked it carefully and there's
no punctuation or any reason it should not go through. So I guess it
is jinxed. The book is Always Time to Die by Elizabeth Lowell. It's
a good thriller and I'm sorry it won't go through.
Anyway, folks, that's my tale of woe for today.
