[bksvol-discuss] triplicate submition of "The Reader"

This is terrible. Three people have scanned and submitted "The Reader" by
Bernhard Schling. It is on the wish list and it is such a waste of time. Is
there anything we can do to inform people when somebody is already doing a
book? I feel so bad when I have to reject someone's hard work. Now I have to
reject two and I hope this title doesn't show up on the download page anymore.
