Gary,
When E responded to your post, she made the problem
seem not quite as bad as it sounded the first time
(smile). Here's part of what she wrote originally:
"Here is the truth about the book the truth about
money. ... Pages seem to be out of
order and repeated. ... The table of contents mess
would be enough to put off all but the most dilligent.
This one's a project waiting for just the right
patient soul to take it on."
One should also point out that, depending on the
edition, the book is between 500 and 647 pages
(approx).
