The problem, Ernie, is that I don't think bookshare
has a volunteer cooridnator yet. Janice and Gustavo
seem to be trying to fill the gap that has existed
since Marissa, the last one, left. Hopefully, one will
be hired soon, but thankfully Janice solved your
problem in the meantime. Now we know to whom to refer
others trying to become volunteers until the positions
are filled.
