I’ve always used Arabic numerals for page numbers if the page number where the
actual text begins is anything other than Arabic 1. I’m sure if you do it that
way, it will be approved.

New Book - Chapter 1 begins on p. 21. The preceding pages are numbered with
Arabic numbers. Am I to change them to roman numerals or number them as they
are, i.e.,1,2, 3....
please let me know ASAP, Vanessa, as I don't want to waste more of what few
years I have left; tired, dispirited but eager to get back to work on this
book for which the scanner has ben patiently waiting and on to the next .
