I'm not Kellie, but I can answer your question right now. If you want to
keep all headings you just don't run the utility to remove them. That
doesn't mean book share won't, but at least they are there for the validator
to use for checking.
If you don't want to hear them read just go to the reading menu and choose
either carefully or thoroughly depending on which seems to work best. That
way your reading won't be disturbed by them, but they will be there for
reference.
